Your First 90 Days at Intertru
First 30 Day Deliverables
- Digest the HireOS® methodology through our best-selling book: Healing Career Wounds to gain insight into the company’s unique approach, enhancing both personal expertise and team efficiency.
- Conduct 15 meetings with key potential clients to understand their pain points and align with their business objectives, demonstrating immediate impact on lead discovery and needs analysis.
- Deliver a presentation to the team summarizing the insights gained and identifying immediate opportunities for engagement, driving clarity and strategic alignment.
- Actively participate in daily sales activities, demonstrating effective lead generation strategies that visibly enhance pipeline quality.
60 Day Deliverables
- Own the process of nurturing leads, converting at least 10 warm prospects into qualified leads ready for handoff to sales executives, reflecting your growing expertise in the conversion process.

- Achieve a measurable sales pipeline of qualified leads, driving potential revenue growth by 15%, illustrating your ability to impact business outcomes directly.

Soft Skills

Must Haves

Your problem-solving approach, along with a clear desire to climb within a sales organization, positions you as the high-flyer we’re looking for at Intertru.
