Head of Marketing
Let’s face it, nobody really cherishes mundane job descriptions filled with self-praise.
So, let’s make this about you!
You’re a builder at heart. You thrive on turning blank pages into momentum. Maybe you’ve mastered your craft inside a bigger team and/or larger company, but you have felt constrained by layers of management and over-orchestrated processes. Or maybe you’ve been waiting for the right chance to reinvent marketing from the ground up, where strategy meets execution and every move matters.
At Intertru, you’ll help shape the foundation of a brand and define a new category (Performance Intelligence). This is a rare opportunity to define a company’s positioning, messaging, and market voice that is still in the early stages of growth.
You’ll lead the design and execution of our go-to-market strategy, from evolving our brand identity to defining our content strategy and then activating the market via demand generation and product marketing. You’ll have to translate insights into action, test fast, and partner closely with the founder to build the marketing engine from the ground up. Your work will set the tone for how we’re perceived in the market and who we attract (both customers and employees). You will also play a pivotal role in our fundraising efforts over the next 12-18 months, helping to develop compelling stories, case studies, and content that will attract top-tier investors.
This is not a “step into a well-oiled machine” kind of role. Instead, it’s a “build the machine while driving it” challenge. You’ll partner directly with the founder and advisors to establish the foundation for Intertru’s category launch, which includes defining who we are and who we serve and then creating the core assets that bring that vision to life.
